PEPPERMINT SHOWERS

If you like how fresh and clean your mouth feels after you brush your teeth or after using strong mouthwash, you must try this. It is magnificent. It's especially magnificent after working out. It is very inexpensive and extremely simple. Imagine every part of your body feeling like how your mouth feels after you brush your teeth (all at once!) - even your butt.

Here's what you need:

Mineral oil
100% Pure Peppermint oil
Sugar

You can find peppermint oil at any healthfood store. It costs under $10.00 and it lasts a very, very long time. Mineral oil, as you probably know, can be bought just about anywhere and is inexpensive. Maybe a few dollars or less. And sugar... you know where to get it. There's probably some in your cupboard right now.

Use a small/medium tupperwear container. At first use the peppermint oil sparingly - maybe a few drops (less than four) to about one to two cups of mineral oil (once you know your skin's tolerance for 'mint' you can use more or less the next time) and then add about a cup of sugar.

Mix it all up.

Take it in the shower with you and scrub your body from head to toe. Be careful so you don't slip. You will feel cool and tingly everywhere when you rinse off, and once you dry off the feeling is intensified. Your skin will be the smoothest it's ever been, and I guarantee it will be the most refreshing shower you've ever taken (as long as you don't fall).

Since I started taking peppermint showers I've felt more motivated to work out. I've also tried it with eucalyptus oil and that is great, too, especially if you are congested. Your bathroom will smell like a cough drop for a few hours. Lavender oil is very calming and I highly recommend it before going to bed. But nothing is quite like peppermint if you want a refreshing 'pick me up.'

I don't recommend shaving your legs on the same day until you've discovered your 'mint tolerance.' If you have very sensitive skin, be extra light on the peppermint oil the first time. Maybe only one or two drops.

Do not delay! You don't know what you're missing!
